Instructions
You’ll be putting your fingers into your mouth, therefore be sure to wash your hands before you reach for the dental floss.
Unwind a string of floss about 18 inches long and snip off. Wind floss around your middle fingers and keep a one- to two-inch length of dental floss taut between them.
Use your thumbs and index fingers to guide floss between teeth. Wrap the floss around the sides of each tooth using a zigzag motion. This will help ensure that you get between gums and teeth.
