Directions
Brush twice every day. After each brushing session, use 20 ml (approximately 3/4 capful) to rinse your teeth and gums. Gargle for 30 seconds. Do not swallow. Do not dilute. Excess fluoride intake can be harmful.
Warnings
Not suitable for use in children under 12 years. If using fluoride supplements consult your dentist. Do not use if bottle seal is broken when purchased. Do not dilute, swallow or swig from the bottle.
