What is it
Listerine Teeth and Gum Defence Listerine Teeth and Gum Defence is formulated to strengthen tooth enamel and protect against decay. It has all the same benefits as the standard Listerine products but with added fluoride to provide continued protection for healthier teeth gums. Fluoride remineralises tooth enamel, leaving it stronger and more resistant to erosion.

Directions
Brush twice every day. After each brushing session, use 20 ml (approximately 3/4 capful) to rinse your teeth and gums. Gargle for 30 seconds. Do not swallow. Do not dilute. Excess fluoride intake can be harmful.
